Jordan S. Katz began his successful and progressive legal career with his admission to the New York bar in 1992 (B.A. — Tulane University, J.D. — Touro College School of Law). A Brooklyn native, he has practiced in the United States District Court for the Eastern, Southern, Western, and Northern Districts of New York.

Jordan prides himself on his affiliations with industry organizations such as the American Legal & Financial Network and enjoys being an active member of many widely-recognized legal associations. Jordan has previously been appointed the Co-Chair of the AFLN’s National Mediation Task Force and the Co-Chair of the Legal Services Committee’s Outreach Sub-Committee. These appointments are a central theme with respect to the firm’s dedication to best practices in default servicing litigation.
